Limit the time MP's can talk during a debate to stop the practice Fillabustering
The practice of "fillabustering" is an unfair practice used by opposition members to waste time during a Private Members Bill debate and therefore delay or entirely prevent a vote on the proposal. We demand that time for any one member to talk during a debate on a bill is limited.
