Fine or Dock MP, s who sleep in parliment while on duty for constituencies
Whilst representative of said counties are in parliment would be a huge disregard for the people they represent and thus should be subject to this rule beds are for sleeping heads are for thinking.
This is most eveident and has been witnessed by thousands millions to there distaste
