Put a cap on event tickets that are being re sold

Petition Details

So of late events I have tried to get tickets for I have struggled and sometimes have been unable to get any tickets. After 5 minutes tickets start appearing on sites like StubHub, Via Go Go etc for 10x more than face value. I want this to stop. Ticket touts should not profit as much as they do.

Additional Information

A law needs to be put in place whereby you cannot resale for more than face value or at least put a cap,  i.e tickets can not be sold for more than 10% of the face value.
Sites like StubHub are useful if used properly but these sites are being abused and ticket touts are benefiting.
For example, Adele tickets at the O2, block 111 row V, face value  £95 a ticket, StubHub price set by the seller  £230 a ticket, add StubHub fees on top 2 tickets are now £542.80!
Something has to be done!
