Consider a vote of no confidence in George Osborne's position as Chancellor.
George Osborne has ONCE AGAIN proved that he is entirely unable to announce a budget that is anything other than a statement of political and ideological intent. Mr Osborne's position is now untenable set against the backdrop of needless austerity, an EU referendum and a Tory Party leadership bid.
Iain Duncan Smith has found it necessary to resign in protest to the budget.
The Education Secretry has proved, on national television that senior Tory ministers have no clue as to the function of the Budget (Question Time, BBC, 17.03.16).
