Make it a legal requirement for cyclists to have Reg numbers and insurance
In a country where a scratch on a vehicle can cost hundreds to repair or a dent in a bumper can write a car off we feel ALL road users should have a form of insurance, this should include cyclists who menace our roads, run red lights and threaten the safety of drivers, riders and pedestrians
