Petition Action

Health Secretary to lift imposed change to new junior doctor contract.

Petition Details

The Health Secretary is legally obliged to have regard to the NHS Constitution. Any manifesto commitment must be subordinate to the needs of patients. 'Excellent patient care is dependent on staff feeling valued and supported'. Imposed change undermines the Constitutional principles and values.
