All security staff should be trained to use handcuffs

Additional Information

Since the recent riots in Britain and the recent terror threats against Britain I petition the government to allow all security staff to be trained to use handcuffs and batons. Not only will this be valuable to assist the police in times of disorder but it will also help security officers defend themselves when having knifes and syringes pulled on them.
