To re-open Reading prison and convert it into a shelter for homeless veterans.
Reading Prison was closed down in November 2013. However between 2013 and 2015 nearly £275,000 was spend on utility bills for the prison. The UK has roughly 9000 homeless veterans with over 1,100 in London. The prison is large & can be easily converted, and provide help for our veterans. please sign
Here is the news report that revealed the spending on the recently closed prison. Just Google "Reading prison" and plenty of articles will show up.
