End early release for 'good prisoners'. Expect, don't reward proper behaviour.

Petition Details

Currently it is not unusual for prisoners to serve half their sentence due to good behaviour. Such behaviour should be expected as a given in custody, not rewarded by time off. The sentence given should be served in full, and extended if the prisoner does not behave well whilst in custody.
