Only allow reducted sentences for those prisoners who plead guilty immediately.

Petition Details

Prisoners have their sentence reduced by a third if they admit their guilt at the 'first opportunity'. In practice they receive this reduction even if they wait until court to plead guilty - wasting vast amounts of police time. This reduction should only be for those who admit guilt before charge.
