Enforce the NERC to name the new research vessel 'Boaty McBoatface' if it wins.
The NERC recently asked the British public to come up with names for a new research vessel. The name 'Boaty McBoatface' is currently leading, but the NERC say they may not choose this name even if it wins. This is a blow for democracy and the NERC should keep their word to the British public.
