Stop MPs shouting over the person speaking in Parliament.
During debates and Prime Ministers Question time, there is constant heckling from MPs on both sides of the house. This is not only discourteous but it prevents the public from listening carefully to what is being said.
It sets a very poor example to our young people who are often shown clips from Parliamentary debates as part of the National Curriculum.
