Remove Southern Rails Franchise and hand to TFL
Southern Rail are consistently failing customers and also failing to communicate properly, this is causing distress and major upset. Gate staff are given no information and are bombarded with questions they cannot answer. Things are getting worse not better. Please debate removing their franchise.
