To make it compulsory to wear a helmet when cycling on roads in the UK.
People are encouraged to go to and from their place of study/work using bicycles but few use helmets. Helmets should be compulsory as they protect an individual if an accident were to happen. To make it compulsory removes the vanity element (esp. in children), protects individuals and save lives.
