I would like to see the regulation of Management Agencies for new build flats

Petition Details

I pay a managing agent a large fee for my new build flat. The managing agent has destroyed our sinking fund and charged us an obscene amount for 'changing bulbs' - They have no one to answer to! Millions of homeowners have to succumb to these agencies who are ever increasing service charges.
