Make the legal definition of rape apply to females on male rape.
Under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 in Section 1 (Rape) it is written in a way that only men can rape and doesn't view women as being able to rape as it defines rape as 'penile penetration'
This law is unfair as it doesn't protect male rape victims and it allows one gender to get away with crimes
The biggest issue with this law is as a man you would end up with less support than women as it is put under a lesser crime of sexual assault.
Evidence that rape only applies to males under British law: http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2003/42/notes/division/5/1/1
Evidence that sexual assault carries a lesser sentence than rape:
Rape: http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/s_to_u/sentencing_manual/s1_rape/
Sexual assault: http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/s_to_u/sentencing_manual/s3_sexual_assault/
