Make higher examinations more available to adult learners in Scotland
Degree programmes such as medicine, law, veterinary, requires 5 higher's most do not achieve higher level in school. Colleges and schools do not offer the 5 needed in 1 year for access to university. Everyone deserves to take the higher exams. Higher's need to be more accessible to adult learners.

Glasgow college only allow 3 higher's taken in one year, 5 needed for university. Adult learners should be allowed the chance to take their 5 higher's that were previously missed due to various reasons and circumstances.
