Scrap parking charges for residents in their own city, visitors ONLY pay!
Its so annoying and frustrating to have to pay to park in your own city centres, or at least introduce super-reduced parking fees for local residents, if i travel out of my own city then i should be expected to pay.
Birmingham especially is getting out of hand, e.g:
