Scrap the Infrastructure Act 2015, which facilitates public land to be grabbed.
The Infrastructure Act will overturn ALL protection and local authority rights to defend publicly owned land from private interests - such as industry, business and residential developments. In a nutshell - your local park could be bought and turned into, for example, a nuclear power station.
The Infrastructure Act will supercede all protection of land and all local council rights - including the Forestry Act and the Rights of Way Act. There will be absolutely nothing standing between your local beauty spot and private development. Except EU protection - which is rarely invoked.
