Debate restrictions on the sale of button batteries.

Petition Details

Button batteries are an under recognised and unregulated risk to children. They look like sweets and are sold without restriction or appropriate packaging on the high street. When swallowed they often get stuck in the throat cause severe burns with life threatening complications.
