Create a position in all NHS hospitals to charge foreigners for treatment.
There are too many stories about foreigners coming to the UK to get free treatment. A good example being the heavily pregnant Nigerian woman who landed here and had a multiple birth and treatment on the NHS and has not paid a penny towards her treatment.
