Scrap the tv licence requirement!
For too long everyone has been FORCED to pay this ""fine" i for one dont watch tv, and never will. Yet because i own one i am forced to pay for the tv channels i dont watch, this is like paying for cigarettes that i dont smoke! It has to stop!
