Include peer-to-peer lending activities within the remit of the FSCS

Petition Details

Peer-to-peer lending activities are not presently covered by the FSCS. The sector is regulated by the FCA however and many peer-to-peer lending platforms have set up internal reserve funds - further information may be found at http://innovativefinanceisa.org.uk/
The FSCS should be extended.
