£140 State Pension from 2015/2016 should include all pensioners.
Government should change its intention to award the proposed higher state pension of £140 (+inflation) only to new pensioners in 2015/2016 and should instead award the higher figure to all pensioners.
Otherwise, two classes of state pensioner will be created.
