General contempt for passengers' needs and woeful strategy in times of difficulty. Relaxed attitude to cancellations and delays. Timetable relaxation to suit GWR.
Journey times from Wiltshire are broadly 20% longer and tickets broadly 80% dearer than just over a decade ago. Car park costs doubled. Cancellations and delays are frequent. Limited conpensation for season ticket holders and GWR are past masters at making it difficult to claim. General contempt for the people they are supposed to serve.
