Allow cannabis flower;extracts;medibles;suppositories;cultivation of 6 plants/18 seedlings/24 oz useable medicine per patient,no THC limit.Appoint licensed grower as caregiver,if needed.Caregiver may grow for 6 patients,plus himself.Waste products(low value leaf/stem/seed/root)exempt from regulation

34 US states have some form of legal medical cannabis.Millons of sick people in the UK must use cannabis illegally.No regulations makes safety impossible to guarantee.
