Drivers to take a refresher driving test when renewing their driving licence.
The standard of driving in the United Kingdom has deteriorated dramatically in recent years, and the problem is that once a driver has passed their test, they can drive on a UK licence until they reach 70 years of age. In order to reduce accidents, we need a new, more proactive approach.
