Make CSA payments equal to all parents who have a child with the same dad/mum

Petition Details

How unfair is it that the mother of the first child gets a bigger payment than the mother of the second, third, forth and so on, child. Shouldn't each child be given the same amount of money? The younger children need more things than the older ones also.
