Make cyclists take a competence test and get insurance to ride on UK roads
It's about time the government made it compulsory for cyclists to take a competence test before riding on the UK roads. Everyday cyclists are seen riding through red lights, jumping on the paths, coming down the blind spots or cut in front of hgv drivers and it's always us hgv drivers that suffer
