Introduce a Charge for Travellers to Pay for Cleanup/Damage to Council/Landowner
Due to a Number of Travellers leaving a Mess/Damage behind it makes sense that they Pay towards the Cost.
Everyone one else has to Pay.
Some Lift out Fence Posts and cut Chains to gain access which in my view is Breaking and Entering, due to these actions it costs Money to put right after they have gone.
