Long term Unemployed should be made to join the army
This might seem draconian but I'm sure it will make people think twice about sponging off taxpayers and society. If you have been on the dole for more than a year you will be made to join the armed forces. After all there is a shortage of soldiers and it will also give those people a sence of purpose.
