Prove you haven't benefited from offshore tax schemes during your time as MP
The public has a right to know that MP's do not have a vested interest in matters upon which they vote on behalf of constituents. Parliamentary rules therefore require any interests be declared. The Panama scandal casts doubt upon whether MP's have acted according to parliamentary rules.
