No more Army foot patrols in Afghanistan
Foot patrols in Afghanistan are proving to be too costly in casualty numbers. Only patrols in armoured vehicles should be employed. Having raised the matter in a cross party manner, the Govt. should convene a meeting of Army chiefs in order to devise alternative strategies as a matter of urgency so that this needless slaughter is ended.
