detailed information on the make up of the rioters & looters should be sought and published. To know how to go forwards we need to know who was involved. How many are members of gangs. How many are under 18. How many are social tenants. How many are benefits recipients.How many are workers. What is the break down based on household income.
Without detailed information then we are basing actions on our prejudices, political spin and media clips.
