David Cameron ~ Law ~ Ministers ~ MP ~ Tax
An MP cannot invest in or profit from tax avoidance schemes/entities.
David Cameron and most likely others have involvement with entities that exist to avoid contributing to taxation. They either directly benefit from this in avoiding tax for themselves or for others, either way it is a gross abuse of the position of MP to be involved in avoiding taxation.
A law could be created that barred anyone from sitting in the commons and the lords who has had any interest in tax avoidance. If it was found, like in the prime ministers case, that they had done so as an MP (or before) they should be discharged from their position.
