BAN F1 Topics for 10 days while e-petitions get off the ground
Currently the E-Petition site is being bombarded with F1 petitions, you need to ban these for a short period so the site is not swamped with F1 posts. keep 1 so people can still sign it, however prevent new posts containing the word "F1" and "Formula 1"

There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
