War limited to 3 months unless supported by a referendum
Wars faught overseas must be limited to 3 months duration unless a referendum is held with the referendum result supporting the war.
Subsequent binding referendums must be held every 3 months to ensure support continues for the overseas war.
Wars to be wound down within earliest possible time to allow our forces to leave the battlefield as safely as possible.
