Protection of freedom bill - Parking control companies to pursue registered keepers for unpaid fines.
We, the undersigned wish to register our objection to landowners and parking control companies being given leave to pursue registered vehicle keepers for unpaid parking fines under the "Protection of freedom Bill".
Four immediate concerns :-
1) Stolen vehicles dumped on private land, this will just pile on the agony for the victims.
2) DVLA data is not always accurate, failings will incur unjust harassment.
3) Vehicle owners rights to data protection are breached.
4) Unjust Harassment of innocent parties.
