Make it a criminal offence for horse riders to take their horses on public roads

Petition Details

To prevent the death and well-being of horses on public roads. To reduce road rage between motorists and horse riders. Horses being on the road causes traffic which causes more accidents and road rage. When a horse deficates, this can become a hazard for motorists as it makes the road slippy.
