prevent councils charging community led health initiatives for using grounds
Parkrun organise free, weekly, 5km timed runs around the world. They are free, open to everyone, run by the local community, and are safe and easy to take part in. Yet a council now wants to charge for use of grounds, jeopardising the initiative and restricting access. This is a bad precedent.
