Reform the undemocratic House of Lords and replace it with a proportional system

Petition Details

At the moment all members of the House of Lords are elected, with some earning their status as peers simply by being born to a duke or viscount, yet they have the power to delay and send back bills passed by our democratically elected parliament. This is fundamentally undemocratic and must change.
