Petition Action

Force David Cameron To Debate Nigel Farage Live On TV

Petition Details

With the forthcoming EU Referendum taking place on June 23rd, I feel that its the public's right to know the facts about what they are voting for?
I think that the two best people to put these facts to the them is David Cameron (Remain) and Nigel Farage (Leave).

Additional Information

People should hear both sides of the argument about whether we leave or remain and i feel the best way to get this across is with a clear open debate live on prime time TV.

So with this petition we the public demand David Cameron accept Nigel Farage's offer to debate this issue and this time should be made not to avoid him!

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

It would be for the broadcasters to decide whether to broadcast this debate, and for Mr Farage to decide whether he wanted to take part.
