Open a public enquiry into the Ombudsman Service Energy
The Ombudsman Service is accused of failing to provide a robust and reliable service to energy customers with decisions that are clearly biased in favour of the energy companies.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the issue you raise is not the responsibility of the Government or Parliament. The Ombudsman Service is independent of both the UK Government and Parliament.
If you would like the Government to withdraw its endorsement of the Ombudsman Service, and/or replace the Ombudsman service with a different service for resolving disputes, you could start a new petition calling for that.
