Change OFCOM rules for Formula One coverage

Additional Information

We wish for the Ofcom Code on Sports and Other Listed & Designated Events to be amended to recognise the popularity of Formula 1 motor racing as a sport, that is loved by the British public, and one that should never be allowed to be broadcast on pay-TV without also being broadcast on a terrestrial channel.
