Release the SAS soldier jailed for having Falklands memorial pistol.
This war hero SAS soldier has been jailed for having an unloaded firearm,confiscated from an Argentinian officer in the Falklands war which he says was kept as a memorial to all his comrades who died in the same war for their country.Lions led by donkeys comes to mind.
It's a travesty of justice

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The Government and Parliament are not responsible for releasing people from prison. You could ask the Government to ask the Queen to exercise the prerogative of mercy.
You could also start a new petition calling on Parliament to change the law, to prevent cases like this happening in the future. This is likely to be more effective than asking for a court sentence to be overturned.
