We demand that the government names the new polar research ship Boaty McBoatface
It has been reported that science minister Jo Johnson may not consider being bound by the online poll for name suggestions. Failure to go with the wishes of the voters will indicate a severe sense of humour bypass has afflicted the Houses of Parliament. Please do not let this happen.
