Issue every Police Constable in England & Wales with a TASER by 01/01/17.
Police resources are continually stretch and the number of front line uniformed Police Constables is reduced year on year, whilst the number of violent crimes and assaults on Police continues to rise. TASER is a proven less than lethal option and should be issued to front line uniformed officers.
