Under age rioters
Children who are under age to be given a custodial sentence for rioting, should receive a delayed sentence until they attain the age when it can be legally applied. The sentence would be increased should they commit further crimes in the interim period. This would be a great deterrent in keeping young offenders off the streets, knowing what could await them on reaching the custodial age. There should be no anonimity and they and their parents should be named and shamed
