Omit the requirement for a TV License in HM Forces Single Living Accommodation
At present all serving personnel in HM Forces Single Living Accommodation require a TV License. An exemption should be made for Forces personnel on HM establishments whom reside due to a duty move.
Many serving personnel temporarily reside at HM establishments throughout the week, thus require a TV License for two addresses. Serving personnel are requested to move frequently to temporary locations for training courses.
