STOP employers to reduce hours of pregnant employee on zero contract (SMP)

Petition Details

Employee under zero contract, even after being fully qualified to have Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP), there are few many employers who have cut off their employee hours to less than £112 per week, so they can avoid SMP. This has ruined those pregnant employees rights to have SMP under zero contract.
